Applicable law and dispute resolution

This personnal data protection policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without giving effect to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that may arise from the interpretation or performance of this policy shall be first settled out of Court on an amicable basis within one (1) month upon receipt of a written notice. In event of failure reaching such amicable dispute resolution, the competent Paris Court shall have exlusive jurisdiction, notwithstanding multiple defendants or warranty claims. The reference language shall be French.
