Fees

The firm endeavours to estimate as accurately as possible the amount of fees related to a case or mission.

Fees are determined in a transparent manner with the client, depending in particular on the complexity and challenges of his case.

An engagement letter specifies the scope of work as well as financial terms, which can take the following forms

Hourly rate.
Lump sum fee for missions clearly identifiable in advance and limited scope.
Additional success fee, based on the result obtained, gain and /or saving made at the end of the case.

Our general terms and conditions are part of our engagement letter and can also be communicated on request of our client.

Finally, attorney's fees may, under certain conditions, be covered by a "legal protection" guarantee, or even be reimbursed by the other party in a lawsuit.
